“Turiya Electric” is a NYC based musical project. The band cut its teeth in the grit of Harlem, New York where they developed their unique global sound. The project showcases some of New York City’s most progressive and diverse experimental musicians. Their music draws from jazz, afrofunk, blues, soul, flamenco, and afro-rooted rhythmic forms.
